RETURNS
All returns must be dispatched to us within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, write to our customer care at care[at]shopfoxy.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided], and mail your return to the following address:

Modes of Refund
Refund Voucher
Vouchers will be sent to the customer registered email ID on Foxy and can be redeemed against the same email ID.
Debit Card or Credit Card
If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by Foxy, please contact your personal bank.
Mobile Account
If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your Mobile account statement after refund is completed:
i) Please dial 4444 from your JazzCash number or 051-111-124-444 from any other number to contact the JazzCash help center.
ii) Please dial 3737 from your Easypaisa number or 051-111-345-100 from any other number to contact the Easypaisa help center.
Bank Deposit
The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Do not provide account details of Basic Bank Account (BBA), National Bank and Khyber bank as refunds cannot be processed for these options.
